PAYMENTS and CO-PAYMENTS ARE MADE THROUGH THE CLIENT PORTAL: Central Reach
SPEECH/LANGUAGE and OT SERVICES that are covered by TRICARE, USFH, or EHP.
Speech/Language and OT services billed directly to Tricare, USFH or EHP are billed under the company name The Children’s SPOT Inc.

PRIVATE PAY/OUT OF NETWORK, SPEECH/LANGUAGE, OT AND SOCIAL GROUP SERVICES-
